"State Farm is good at accepting premium payments. Experiencing unfairness when it's time to file a claim. I'm looking into the cozy relationship they have with ServPro. I'm not enjoying my treatment by State Farm. Will keep you posted."

"I was recently rear-ended by another driver while on a trip to Mississippi. The other driver had State Farm Insurance, and so do I. They were found liable, but my car was undrivable. It was towed to a repair facility, and I received a rental in a very timely manner. I, of course had to travel back to North Carolina while the car was 12 1/2 hours away being repaired. I contacted the office and spoke with Sheldon about getting my car transported back to me so that I didn't have to drive all the way to Mississippi and back to get it. He contacted State Farm Claims and was able to get this done! I am so happy with the service I received from the local office, and highly recommend them!! Thanks Sheldon!"

"State farm was so helpful. They made my switch over to their company so easy!!! And when I say they saved me a whole bunch of money by switching to them....they did!!!
